Former Indiana Hoosiers big man/ NBA Rookie big man Trayce Jackson-Davis is nearing his Summer League debut with the Warriors as he recovers from a hamstring injury. | “I think it’s getting better, it’s just a day-to-day thing,” Rubin said Friday of the rookie’s injury, per Dalton Johnson of NBC Sports Bay Area. “He has a sore hamstring, so we’re just going to bring him along.”
According to Spotrac, Hood-Schifino “signed a 4-year / $17,882,808 contract with the Los Angeles Lakers. In 2023-24, Hood-Schifino will earn a base salary of $3,695,040, while carrying a cap hit of $3,695,040 and a dead cap value of $3,695,040.”
The deal for Hood-Schifino will be worth more than $17 million if the Lakers pick up his club option in years three and four of the deal. (H/t: Inside The Hall)
